Leading Rubber Manufacturer

High production standards
Our many years of experience in the rubber moulding industry allow us to maintain extremely elevated production standards, through direct monitoring of each step of the production process: from the planning stage of the moulds to the configuration of the presses and from the finishing of the products to the stocking and expedition. All of our productions are constantly supervised in order to guarantee a good efficiency level while maintaining operating costs as low as possible, which we consider fundamental requisites to produce high-quality rubber molded articles at competitive prices.
We are also very conscious that reliability of suppliers is often determined by the capacity to face urgent situations; we are therefore very meticulous with the planning and monitoring of our productions, in order to also be able to satisfy all unexpected demands.

Variety of rubber molded articles
Imateg93 is an historic leader in the rubber moulding industry for the household appliance sector (anti-vibration supports, caps and plugs). We have also been increasingly supplying the automotive sector (grommets, gaskets, bonnets, bellows). To complete our product range we also manufacture various parts, such as screw anchors, membranes, impellers, rubber pads and joints.

Our establishment is located in the industrial zone of Robassomero (Turin) on a total surface of 5,000 square meters, of which 2,700 are covered. The production department can accommodate up to 20 vertical injection presses and a post-vulcanization oven.

Materials
At the core of our technical rubber products are high-performance materials designed to meet the most demanding industrial applications. We work with a variety of specialized elastomers to provide solutions that deliver durability, flexibility, and resistance to extreme conditions. Some of the key materials we use include:

-
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer): Known for its excellent resistance to weather, UV rays, ozone, and aging, EPDM is ideal for outdoor applications and is commonly used in automotive, construction, and HVAC systems.

-
NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber): Highly resistant to oils, fuels, and other chemicals, NBR is widely used in the automotive and aerospace industries, particularly for seals, gaskets, and hoses.

-
NR (Natural Rubber): Valued for its superior tensile strength, elasticity, and wear resistance, NR is commonly used in applications such as tires, conveyor belts, and industrial equipment.

-
HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber): With enhanced resistance to heat, oils, and abrasion, HNBR is a popular choice for high-temperature applications, including automotive and oilfield equipment.

-
FKM (Fluoroelastomer): Known for its exceptional resistance to high temperatures, chemicals, and aggressive fluids, FKM is used in demanding environments such as the chemical, automotive, and aerospace industries.

-
SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber): Often used as a general-purpose rubber, SBR provides good abrasion resistance and is frequently employed in tires, flooring, and conveyor belts.

-
Silicone Rubber: With excellent flexibility at extreme temperatures, silicone is used in applications requiring thermal stability, such as food-grade products, medical devices, and electronics.

-
CR (Chloroprene Rubber): Known for its versatility and balanced properties, CR offers good resistance to weathering, ozone, and aging, making it suitable for gaskets, hoses, and seals.

Each of these materials is selected for its unique properties, ensuring that our technical rubber products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
